Incompetent Leadership in Client Services

Pros

Salary and vacation time were decent.

Cons

Leadership was incompetent and cliquey. It felt like High School all over again. Leadership was slow to get anything done. No sense of urgency. The sales team overpromised, then we were forced to underdeliver.

Pros

Pay was decent but never a raise.

Cons

Performance reviews were bogus. People point fingers and transfer blame. Management hired buddies from other companies to come in and ride coattails of developers

Pros

Very team focused and the developers are great to work with. Everyone knows each other well for the most part and the disagreements/arguments are at a minimum. People are always eager to help when asked. GREAT work/life balance.

Cons

Product Management needs improvement. It's a team of new people, so they will need to build up their experience in the field, but this sometimes burns developers when they are not given the correct requirements for a project right off the bat.
