Flexibility Client Relationships Innovative Products they offer Forward Thinking

Cons

Working here can be very stressful at times. The company needs to have more direct communication and trust of their employees and treat them as "partners". The technology is still behind the industry and there is very little mentoring or coaching from management.

Time off benefits. Great feedback and recognition from management. Pay is comparible to other companies in same field.

Cons

The only downside to working at AHS is the stress. Customer's can be very angry at times and it is your job to assist the customer in resolving their issues.
