      positive environment with lots of training

      Cons

      over positive- do not show the real picture from beginning-it is a commission based job-you can lose money even after earning if your sale drops off later

We’re glad you benefited from our supportive management team and positive environment and training while at AIL but disappointed it wasn't a good long-term career fit. This position does require a sales-minded individual and isn't for everyone. However, with hard work and dedication, this can be an extremely productive career financially and personally.
