Pros

The leadership, at least in my office, was great. You get a manager that acts as a mentor, and the incentive structure ensures that they really want to see you succeed (aka become manager yourself, and beyond). If you are good with people (sales specifically), willing to put in a lottt of effort and emotion, don't have too many distractions in your personal life, can maintain a positive attitude even when negativity seems like the only option, and don't mind dealing with life insurance, then you have a chance of making a very lucrative, long career with Altig. -There is no cold calling if you do it right. -There is a lot of money to be made

Cons

Many people come and go quickly in this company. They tell you it is an Entry Level Management job. It is sales. eventually you can get to management (within a couple months if you bust ass), but in this job, at least half your time is spent in direct sales. They put a lot of pressure on you You have to deal with a lot of rejection They do not reimburse for personal expenses, as in: gas, lodging when on road trips, personal materials... Late hours, even though you choose your hours, you are encouraged/pressured to work until 9 or 10pm every evening with only sunday off
