Pros

There were no pros to working at American Income Life. I hated every single minute of it and could not relate any of the skills to any other job.

Cons

Pyramid scheme to try and get people under you, had to continually call people stupid until they bought some insurance from you.

Pros

The potential to make a lot of money, bonus structure is good. Freedom to make your own schedule. They give you leads and also no-cost benefits to help you get referrals from prospects.

Cons

Charge backs hurt your paycheck. Underwriters are strict, EAPP always freezing up while trying to write applications. Long hours never get to see your family. Huge turnover of employees always hiring and new faces come and go. Learning the scripts, scripts for everything.

Pros

Absolutely, no pros unless you enjoy pain, can be easily manipulated, and are a sucker in general.

Cons
