Pros

Sense of camaraderie, Liked the challenge. Good money starting off.

Cons

Really long hours. Some weeks will be good some will be bad, if you can' balance them then u can't last long. Alot of emphasis was placed on learning the script. You will drive long and far and can get stood up.

Crappy management, micro-management, full commission, you can get time-off but they still ask where when they know you ask off for that day or so, want you to work from 8am-10pm

Not for the Indolent. Hard-work, diligence and a never-say-die attitude is a must have. If you're easily offended or if you are not willing to put in the time and commitment needed during the first few years, then this isn't the place for you. But if you are a go-getter- expect to retire early, although most people enjoy the work so much they keep working!
