      Continued sales training. Great affordable Products.

      It takes awhile to start making money. They spoon feed you information. If i would have known all the facts and how the company really works I would't have wasted my time

      Pros

      The interview consisted of speaking with a representative one on one. I was then led into a room full of about 15 other applicants who had also applied for the position. A man gave a presentation more about the company. Later we were to be called back for a 3rd and final interview which is where I am now. So far everything seems good although you have to pay for the licensing...

      Cons

      You have to pay for licensing.. Also they claim it is not about sale, yet tell you you will be going to people's homes selling them insurance...

      Pros

      When I worked for them, there were no internet teaser job ads, and newspaper ads were more straightforward. Now sales jobs are listed as management jobs, customer service and others. At the time, I was already a working Agent and found the opportunity great, in part because all appointments were made for me by the managers wife

      Cons

      Union members were deceived into thinking their "Union" was coming out to see them and while most did not make a big deal about it, some got outright nasty. That that was some time ago in a better economy so I would caution anyone to do this now because you are putting your own personal safety at risk.
