Pros
None, they present a lot of potential and excitement at the start but this is all part of their baiting. Be smart and run far.
Cons
They will tell you to lie, descriminate, perform bait and switch hiring tactics while paying the bare minimum. They make fun of their new hires and discuss how terrible they are and have no regard for whether you have a family, morals or even a heart. I personally feel terrible for the things they tried to get me to say and do to get new hires. I was told to turn away highly qualified people of non-Caucasian decent, tell people I was hiring them for FAKE/ non existent jobs to really convince them to do sales. I was told to LEAVE OUT information specifically so people didn't find out the truth regarding pay, job duties and hiring info.
