Thank you for your review. We're disappointed that our Agent position didn't meet your expectations. This position does require hard work and dedication in order to succeed and is not for everyone. It can be a very rewarding career both financially and personally for the right individual. Good luck to you in your future career path.

Pros

Some of the people are super awesome.

Cons

They lie to get you to take the job. You have to go into strangers homes at night. And not everyone is sober, respectful, or fully dressed. A lot of stand ups. And you mislead people to get into their home. The leads are old and have been called to the point they are angry when you call.

Pros

Fun work culture. Meet new people

Cons

Training is extensive...on most days it's from 9am-9pm for two weeks. At the end of training you will get a small check which doesn't reflect the 60-70 hours put into training each week. You have to harass people to sit with you and 99% of the time they have no idea that you are trying to sell them life insurance at the end of the presentation. The company makes you pay for the course material, licensing, test and appointing fee to acquire your insurance license... (near $500). They demand that you come into the office each day but do not pay you for your time, sometimes threatening to call you in on a Sunday ( your only day off) if production numbers are not being met. You get ZERO benefits for working here. The turnover rate is insane.
