      Pros

      So far, American Income Life has provided excellent training and support during my first five months as a Life Agent. I was recently promoted to a Supervising Agent which has increased my personal compensation. Currently attending a three-day leadership conference at their corporate headquarters in McKinney, Texas which provided excellent education in leadership to enhance my professional career growth with the company.

      Continuing to provide new recruits with all of the tools necessary to succeed.

      Pros

      Stability, income, work environment, training, company paid convention trips, over 8 ways to get paid, weekly pay, freedom I could go on and on!!

      Cons

      The only con here is that I didn't find out about this company sooner! I worked a job for 20 years, but I have a career here.
