      I love my job. It is truly an awesome place to work, there is a lot of room for growth! The work environment is very positive! The employees are very friendly and supportive! The management is great! It is truly an opportunity unlimited!

      Pros

      AIL gives you the tools to be sucessful. The training is extensive and continues everyday. I have been with the company for two months and continue to get support and assistance from management.

      Cons

      The only con is you are the one who has to make you sucessful. That's really not a con but a pro.

      Pros

      The atomosphere of all the agents at AIL. YOU have the ability to work your way up. You must be fully invested in making a career for yourself. I love coming to work everyday and working with everyone. I work around the office and I can see the money to be had in this job. I am also in the process of getting mylicense in hopes that I can take part in it and work my way up with my boss.

      Cons

      This job is not for everyone and despite what most people think we do not hire everybody who walks through the door. Our managers invest a lot of personal money into trainees and it is not worth waisting it on someone who will not succeed in this business.
