Pros
There is not enough space to provide the Pro's of American Income Life. I have been here my entire life and have been involved with American Income life in all aspects. It has not only changed my parents life and my life but generations. We didn't have much money growing up and now have everything we have ever wanted, but that's not the best part. The people that we get to impact on a daily basis, let it be agents or potential clients we get to directly impact their live and see them grow and get a change to help protect their families. Thats the true reward of American Income Life!
Cons
The downside to American Income Life is that this is not an easy position. If your looking for an easy 9-5 come have someone tell you certain task that you must perform, this is not the position for you. Even though our offices are very motivational, you must wake up every morning and motivate yourself, you must have an internal drive to succeed. If you need someone to direct your every move or motivate your every second, this may not be the place for you. You have to have an internal drive to succeed.
