      Fast track to management is a great option for getting started and making good money. The money involved is very real and highly attainable.

      Needing to go on road trips often to be able to get decent leads and make good money.

      Pros

      Unlimited earning potential. The ability to get out of a job what you put in. The overwhelming satisfaction of knowing I am truly helping families. Having the freedom to work my own schedule as I see fit. Opportunity for advancement in as little as 4 weeks. Accountability based on my expectations and goals, not on an arbitrary figure set by someone else. Residual income for life!

      Cons

      Work life balance during the beginning of career. You do have to sacrifice time now, but the long term reward is definitely worth what you give up.

      Pros

      What we do and who we are is all done with heart. The financial portion with AIL is a plus. AIL has changed my life drastically in a matter of weeks. I'm in Leadership and get to impact several lives.

      Cons

      Adjusting to office and field time was a challenge, but overcame it pretty quickly. The rewards and satisfaction overcame the challenge.
