      The company is a team and the team is a family. The support from leadership is phenomenal. The culture is fun, upbeat, energetic and enthusiastic every moment of every day. The opportunity for growth is accelerated, fast and available to those who want it. The benefits we provide are great and the products offered protect our members future. The renewals and residual income make every day at work, worth it.

      Cons

      When I wake up in the morning, I am excited to get dressed and head to work. The reason for that is because I do not consider working with the Bratin Agencies work. I have a passion for what I do, which infuses me with energy to do what I do. The Bratin Agencies make work fun and time flies when your having fun. So the one con about this career is the hours. We do work a lot but as we say work hard now so we can play later. Do the things you don't want to do now, so you can do what you want to do later.
