      Pros

      This position allows you to make a good living with flexibility for the rest of life. Opportunities are there for the person who wants to succeed. The PR position is a great way for those of us with children to still be an involved parent, yet have a successful career!

      Benefits, advancement opportunities, travel, training, flexible schedule Hard work is rewarded on a regular basis! We work in small teams which is conducive to achieving my goals and maintaining accountability. Our support staff works behind the scenes to make sure that our member groups recieve information that is accurrate and sent out in a timely fashion.

      Cons

      I've worked in public relations/ marketing for AIL for over a year. I can honestly say that I really don't have any cons. I really like my job and the people I workd with!

      Amazing pay. Incredible co-workers. Best training in the industry. Stellar upper management. Systems in place that are easily duplicated. Great benefits. Caring management. Bonus structures that are mind blowing. Conventions that are high class.

      Cons

      High turnover as people decide they do not want to work hard to earn the income available at American Income.
