      not bad for the right people, but very few are the right people.

      Pros

      coworkers become friends because of how much time and energy you spend together. My supervisor was fantastic and put in a lot of effort to see me succeed.

      Cons

      they are very good at making you feel like this has to be what you want, which makes it hard to truly decide if you agree. if and when you decide that it is not right for you, you could already have wasted a LOT of time and money!

      The training is horrible, almost non-existent

      Pros

      If you have no moral compass then you can make a lot of money

      Cons

      No training. Your training involves a lot of "oh by the way". The managers chastise when you ask questions. The "training" takes a minimum of two months. During this time you make no income. I was actually left stranded in another state because the manager didn't want to drive me home. The senior manager did nothing.

      Huge Commitment for a Good Reward

      Pros

      Large earning potential based on a very structured selling system. An excellent opportunity for someone with no family or outside activities. Great for recent college grads.

      Cons

      Huge commitment of time. Virtually no time for family or other commitments based on expectations from leadership. Personally, I was provided with previously worked sales leads (poor quality) with the same sales expectations as new leads.
