      Pros

      I could never go back to a 9-5 job or even sit behind a desk after joining American Income Life. I have walked into a growing culture. The team I am apart of is not co workers we are a family! Always looking after one and other . The systems are amazing the people are the most amazing you could never surround yourself with better! Choosing this path was nothing more than a blessing! Best part, Yes I Work HARD but I get the pay I deserve!

      challenges no matter where you go! Truth is that is you work hard it will pay off!

      Pros

      There are many positives to this company. The ones that top the charts are that the earning potential is phenominal, there is room for growth without waiting for someone to die or retire, and lifetime residual income.

      Cons

      I would say lack of work-life balance, and leads are reused too many times.

      Pros

      Pay is good when you get it. Other agents are nice otherwise I don't have much nice to say.

      Cons

      Terrible management. They promise you that you won't have to cold call or prospect, but in reality they don't provide agents enough leads to support themselves. They expect agents to survive off prospecting and referral collection which is crap. They promise a lot in their interviews that don't hold true later in the game. Only a handful of agents are able to produce a solid stream of income. On to of this they expect you to pay for licensing and ALOT of miles and gas in your car.
