Odd hours when you start

The Culture of the office was slimy and underhanded. We are trained everyday in Coercion and Trickery. The Daily pep talks or training as they are often called, are pointless attempts to convince a person that they can make a lot of money. Generally the person talking and the entire Management staff MGA, SGA are all wearing cheap suits and rubber shoes. As an American Income Life Contracted Agent you are expected to drive around from House to House all day and they also expect you to send pictures to track your location. There is definitely a lack of humanity with this company. The other thing is, they withhold your last check if you have issues or attempt to resign. They really get offended if you show any signs of not wanting to stay with the company. The Pay is very inconsistent and a reliable source of income is needed if you plan to work for American Income Life full time
