      Great benefits, flexible schedule, and more time for family. You also get the satisfaction of knowing your helping others. Also the ability to promote.

      Commission sales position, no sales no paycheck.

      In my opinion it was a waste of 6 months even though I was desperate for some income.

      Part time hours, was not informed ahead of time of it being a1099 position, mimimum wage laid off by a text

      Weekly Bonuses, Monthly Renewal Bonuses, Multiple lines of pay.

      Cons

      Hours, Commission Only, Recycled Leads, Horrible Management and Corporate culture that values making money over building sound relationships. Very much a "what have you done for me lately" mentality. No work-life balance. Most people who stick around end up dating/marrying people they work with, whether fellow agent, manager, or receptionist....very unprofessional
