Thank you for your feedback. This AIL Agent position does require a self-motivated, persistent and sales-minded individual to succeed and isn't for everyone. With the right person, this career can be incredibly rewarding financially and professionally. We wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Providing great benefits to the employees (but monthly payment required). Experiences handling insurance stuffs. There are some hardworking and supportive managers but they cannot change to what could be better and cannot go further. Good people have come by but leave easily for the poor management and training wasting so much time.

Cons

- Much smaller percentages of actual income and this is different from what they said. - Rather than providing a training professionally, they are to exaggerate how difficult to do the job and ask to follow what the managers say -A lots of untold fears behind their enthusiastic attitudes and speeches because less chances of making sales in their reality and not enough contact sources (or not giving out enough to the agents) -Most disappointing to see numbers of hard drug addicted employees (for abuse or stress) and the managers seem to hide such serious moral issues because they like to see making lots of sales from the successful (?) employees. Drug test need to be done immediately and kick them out of the industry to protect co-workers and the clients. -Numbers agents' unfair plays and sales behind the competition. They are not hard workers, but clever cheaters who may have to face fraud/ criminal charges someday.
