Pros

If you have little sales experience and follow the script, you can do well. The product offering is good but very limited. However are dealing with an unsophisticated client base with basic insurance needs. Yes, there are people that are making good money. 70% don't make anything.

Cons

A lot of hours/driving and phone calls. When you are able to reach a person they usually don't remember asking to be contacted. While they advertise they will give you leads, these are often crap. The leads give you the opportunity to gather referrals. The referrals is where you can make money.

Pros

You get to travel (out of you or teams pocket) The classes for the HLLQP exam are good There is potential to make alot Sometimes you see a family of a member who passed away and see the products work

Cons

They focus on quantity over quality so after the schooling it is a roll of the dice if you get a good team or a dying team, I got the latter. After my money and time got devoted to the company they relayed it with bad leadership They say they give you everything you need yet it seems every time someone opens their mouth it contradicts it and since everything evolves around horrible grammar on a never ending pile of scripts. They push scripts yet everyone I seen in the field half arse it. My so called trying was go up north and waste your money following a Co worker to learn the ropes, but ended up babysitting and making sure they did something at all because they given up. I found it to be smoke and mirrors. If there were not a pyramid scheme in affect, that they push with personal recruitment it would collapse, they even have incentives and prizes for recruiting a lot of people or a good salesperson that you can leach off of.
