Fully online but your job is 100% dead calls .There are promises of a good salary but the job alone bugging people calling them endlessly. if you don't have a license then the promise of two weeks on entry level is a joke it is way more almost over a month in total.

All commission based, you will get bad recycled leads, it's a multi level marketing pyramid, expected to hire & train others when You're literally brand new. They don't actually care if you're ready to hire & train people. They just want more people in their pyramid so those on top can profit more off of your efforts. They talk so much about caring about employees & clients but it's simply not true. If a policy holder tries to call & cancel a policy themselves, the company will leave them on hold for 8 hours or more. They claim because the lines are so busy, but it's simply not true. It's because they don't want you to cancel your policy & ultimately they could care less about clients. It's all about the money, that's it. Don't waste your time or money. There's plenty of jobs out there that aren't just one big pyramid of smoke & mirrors.
