They provide good training material and support. If you are struggling they will try to help as much as they can

Cons

More cons than pros tbh. Depending on the training manager, you can have a tough in the training process. Some just go with the flow and leave you with a lot of free time to figure things out alone. You learn the hard way, they set you with a customer and you are expected to give a whole presentation and get tons of leads to call later. The whole system seemed like a MLM scam.

Great training! Difficult to generate income

Pros

Great training materials and a lot of available resources online to learn. They also have weekly sales training meetings as well. Overall, I learned a lot on how to operate and build my book of business. Some leads provided.

Cons

Lengthly presentations that would take approx. 30-2hrs to complete. Misleading ways to pull in potential leads by promising free packages. Very difficult to start off successfully without an existing list of customers ready to buy. Insurance products are a lot more expensive than other agencies.
