      The Ultimate Career for Unlimited Potential

      Pros

      Growth - there are few other companies that will produce the personal and professional growth of an individual more than that which can be found at AIL. Advancement - rarely, outside of this company, can you find a "senior" manager with no previous executive experience in a upper level management position within a year or two of beginning with a company/industry. Shared experience - the only job I can imagine where I could (an college graduate with two bachelor degrees) recruit my best friend (a high school grad with no college education) to a company that will yield six-figure incomes (for driven individuals) by the end of the second year.

      No hourly rate No Salary No funds for gas No funds for cell phone No company vehicle No create own schedule Mandatory unpaid office hours Mandatory unpaid weekend work Commission is not what was told in interview] (loopholes) Residual income is not what its cracked up to be-people cancel-losing battle Promises to be millionaire in short period of time with hard work and dedication- Why is turnover rate so high? 50 people in couple a months!? Majority of everything they say in interview is a lie! Was promised iPad and iPhone, never received. Office environment is very loud, swearing, unproductive! Company tells employees to post positive reviews on sites. You've been warned!
