      You are your own 1099 employee but yet they give you a schedule and tell you what time you need to be there. All they do is hype up the company...It is all a bunch of BS....Do not get sucked in...they promise everything and in the end you get NOTHING!!

      Pros

      Great co-workers. The Supervisors are motivated to train you quickly and correctly. If you can book effectively the product will sell itself.

      Cons

      Late and long hours are the standard, they really push you towards a six or even seven day a week work schedule. Which is fine if you are single with no kids. It's hard to meet/maintain that when you have family obligations.
