Pros

American Income Life can provide you with true opportunity unlimited. All promotions are based off of your performance not who you know or how long you've been working there.

Cons

Just as with any sales positions you can go through ups and downs, you just have to be mentally tough to make it in the downs.

Pros

Having the potential to grow in a position with unlimited resources. No one can put a cap on your success except yourself. Working in a positive environment where others care about your success and achieving your dreams as much if not more as their own. Not only been able to better myself as a professional, but also personally in mind, body, and spirit.

Cons

Up front hours, but its a short term sacrifice for a long term gain. Must be coachable and take advice from management so if try to do things own way might not achieve the promised results.
