Pros

You get what you put in. Your earning potential is uncapped due to generous bonus structures and commission based on your weekly sales.

Cons

You MUST be self motivated. This is your own business, no one is going to hand you a paycheck you haven't earned.

Pros

NONE. I have nothing positive to say about this company. It was a complete waste of my time, money and energy to drive for the interview and then for the first day of training, i.e., first day of employment. The trainer read the information from the video presentations from the computer training.

Cons

Very much bait with information from current employees regarding high salaries, many promotions in short time if you work hard, no cold calling necessary because there is already a captive audience of interested persons who want to buy the product...all that the Benefits Rep has to do is present the product; no selling required. This is all a lot of deception. The training room was very cold and I caught the flu as a result. Management did not return my call when I called in to report I was sick and would not be attending the training. There is NO sincere caring for the people who expressed interest in wanting to become Benefits Reps. In the presentation, the information and the speakers make you feel as though there is a possibility of a Human Resources position in addition to the Sales position, when actually, the two are rolled into one position, which you really don't find out about until the first day of training. The employed speakers who say they are making phenomenal amount of money are very reluctant to answer direct questions from intelligent persons. A TRUE SCAM!!! The system won't allow you to enter the name of the city where you were employed. The AIL really does not want to receive honest appraisals from honest, hardworking, ethical people.

Pros

Appears to have unlimited income opportunity. Some people who have only been around a few years are doing very well financially already. You have the ability to choose your own hours, you can get promoted quickly based on your ability and you get a lot of recognition for doing a good job.

Cons

You have to be willing to study very hard at the beginning. There is some evening and weekend work required. There is such great team atmosphere in my agency we all enjoy going the extre mile when required.
