I have been in the Insurance business for 10 years and I ended up at this company for reasons of my own. This is a career that rewards you for your efforts. lf you are looking for a cushy salary, this is not the place for you. All the Insurance companies are relatively the same. You get commissioned for the products you sell. I have seen 100's of people come and go through this business. it's definitely not for everyone. if you are self motivated, hard working and a people person. this business can change your life. most people fail at this career, and when they do, they look for someone to blame, saying its a scam or they were taken advantage of. None of this is true. It's simply a challenging but rewarding career. You have to pay to get yourself licenced to sell products, no one is scammed. The success rate is just very low. This business has been great to me and it can be great to you if your willing to put the work in. This is the simple and harsh truth. Again, this is coming from a 10 year vet. Don't listen to the negativity. These are people who simply weren't cut for this business. Words of advice. "know what youre getting into" and the old saying couldn't be more appropriate "you get what you put in"
