Pros
Great opportunities for promotion, good pay (if you are good with sales), good benefits. Management is always willing to help you if you need it.
Cons
Too many expected hours, spend the first 3-4 weeks unpaid while working 40+ hours. Unless doing internship they do not pay for your insurance license. The sales process is almost a con (probably like any insurance job).
