-low integrity in every aspect of the company be it management, the language in the scripts, and any other aspect you can think of
-low quality leads (thats putting it politely) often times you are calling someone who has already asked to be taken off the call list, can barely afford to pay rent let alone a life insurance policy
- they say each policy is personalized to the needs of the individual but it isn't, often times the coverage is dramatically less than what is actually needed
-requirement to actively recruit, "ra ra" meetings, and micromanagement make this feel like a pyramid scheme
I could sit here and write at least a dozen more cons but AIL isn't worth the time. If you want to work long hours, receive little to no pay, and have no moral compass then this company is for you.
