Pros

You are your own boss, schedule your own hours. Unlimited income opportunities. Support from management. Family office culture

Cons

You are your own business, if you don't work you don't make money. Same as starting any other business if you don't put in the effort the reward doesn't come

Pros

No pros sadly just was a bad experience overall. Company should have paid training at least while you get your feet wet.

Cons

100% commission. This is an out in the field job. Which means you have to set up appointments (cold calling) with someone who wonders where you got their number and then try to sell them life insurance without them knowing that until you are actually in their living room. You have to pay for everything and there are like 3 weeks training which means you won't see a check until a month in, if you bust your but to make a sale.

Don't Let Them Fool You

Pros

-you have to become licensed which makes you more appealing to other companies

Cons

-low integrity in every aspect of the company be it management, the language in the scripts, and any other aspect you can think of -low quality leads (thats putting it politely) often times you are calling someone who has already asked to be taken off the call list, can barely afford to pay rent let alone a life insurance policy - they say each policy is personalized to the needs of the individual but it isn't, often times the coverage is dramatically less than what is actually needed -requirement to actively recruit, "ra ra" meetings, and micromanagement make this feel like a pyramid scheme I could sit here and write at least a dozen more cons but AIL isn't worth the time. If you want to work long hours, receive little to no pay, and have no moral compass then this company is for you.
