Pros

Company is expanding rapidly and offers plenty of room for advancement and growth. This is a great company to work for if you are entrepreneurial, career-oriented, and looking to earn a great income. The hours are flexible and you the opportunity to work both independently as well as part of a team. Promotions here are merit based so if you are someone who is willing to work hard your manager will be behind you to make sure you get rewarded for your efforts. We've have great success with people from all sorts of backgrounds so diversity is definitely appreciated.

Cons

There's no particular cons that I can think of but if you are someone who is hesitant to work hard and be held accountable for weekly performance goals/metrics, then this company would not be a good fit for you. Some people thrive under pressure and some people crack. If you're motivated by performance and goal-based, tasks then this job can not only be exciting but also will be highly rewarding financially and personally.

Pros

Nice and friendly environment. Opportunity to meet people of diverse cultures.

Cons

Hiring process is for lack of a better term, a scam. They do not provide upfront details on the job and give you tall tales of how much you are likely to earn each week. It is 100% commission with long hours. They provide you with leads for areas that other agents have worked on with little to no success. Also expose yourself to a lot of risk if you are having to work on high crime areas of the town especially after 7PM.

Pros

Only pro is the fact that you get free leads. IF you can maintain a certain level of sales to justify getting another set of leads.

Cons

Leads are VERY old and are catered to Unions, Credit Unions, and Associations. This would be a GREAT niche market if not for the fact that 90% of the members have NO idea what you're calling about. You're taught to insist on bringing them their "no-cost benefits" but they are only a ruse to get in front of them to sell them on life insurance. The hiring process is also BS. You're invited in for an interview with absolutely NO INFORMATION as to the actual job. Then herded into a "group interview" where you recieve the sales pitch of a lifetime. Then you work an ungodly amount of hours for very limited pay. Unless you are single and have absolutely NO life, stay clear of this so called opportunity.
