Pros
Company is expanding rapidly and offers plenty of room for advancement and growth. This is a great company to work for if you are entrepreneurial, career-oriented, and looking to earn a great income. The hours are flexible and you the opportunity to work both independently as well as part of a team. Promotions here are merit based so if you are someone who is willing to work hard your manager will be behind you to make sure you get rewarded for your efforts. There's no particular cons that I can think of but if you are someone who is hesitant to work hard and be held accountable for weekly performance goals/metrics, then this company would not be a good fit for you. Some people thrive under pressure and some people crack.
