      Afternoon work schedule for most.

      PYRAMID SCHEME!! They lie to you to get you in the door. They don't tell you all the things you will have to do during the course of your job, they fail to disclose that you have to cold call these people (encouraged 4-6 times a night, 2-4 nights a week, until you get a hold of them in an attempt to fast talk them into letting you come to their house so you can try to pitch them life insurance. They don't even know you are coming to sell life insurance. If you cannot reach your "leads" by phone, you are asked to stop by their houses 2+ times a week unannounced up until 9pm! This job is basically 95% harassment with 5% positive interactions.

      This career opportunity is TRULY opportunity unlimited You take on an entrepreneur and leader mindset and YOU decide what you want to get out of it. What we do is simple, not easy. If it were easy everyone would do it! Being with American Income will teach you so much about yourself that you didn't know and it's not only a career its a continuous self-development track. Great compensation package, flexible hours, and constant training.

      I've never found a company that provides you with so much support to make sure you are successful. They have really grasped the concept of a company that takes care of their people will in turn get taken care back.

      Cons

      I haven't found any cons with AIL since I have been with the company.
