Pros

If you have no moral compass then you can make a lot of money

Cons

No training. Your training involves a lot of "oh by the way". The managers chastise when you ask questions. The "training" takes a minimum of two months. During this time you make no income. I was actually left stranded in another state because the manager didn't want to drive me home. The senior manager did nothing.

Pros

I honestly can't think of anything positive about this company. I dare you to find anything else on the web that says otherwise.

Cons

Everything is just terrible. Training is awful. The product is terrible. People won't keep their policies that you basically strong armed them to get into. The demographic AIL serves hardly sees value in what you offer. You're better of going with a NY Life of Northwestern Mutual.

Pros

There are no pro's this is a ponzi scheme plain and simple designed to saddle the agent with all the responsibilities of that a ten year veteran who would run from this and fail under the charge backs they would incur.

Cons

You can never make it with the slum leads and the many miles between angry clients tricked into listening to a series of slick sales video's designed to pressure then into a sale and to give up their friends and family's for the salesperson to assault at a later date. This company takes advantage of union people seeing them as marks to fleece. The managers could care if you make it because they make a bounty on each person they bring in and a bigger bonus if you make it thru the sham of a training class. There is no 65k position. ...no weekly min pay....no paid training and no way you can make it with the training they offer. You can make money if you can talk fast and lie faster but when the clients figure out the scam look out for the charge backs they will bresk your bank. The work hours are from 9 am to midnight anyone that says different is misrepresenting the reality they are pushing. 8 /10 appointments a day miles apart no lunch and its your gas and dime. Mandatory two days in the office untill 9 at night....rah rah sessions where the money handed out goes to the managers but its design is to make it look like anyone can make big money....smoke and mirrors but a show deserving of a stage in vegas with david Copperfield laughingly looking on. To quote a deserving line "be afraid, be very afraid "
