"All the things you can do"

If you need to take the day off you run you run schedule so you can. the people you work with are great.

Cons

When you get hired they do no tell you that you will be forced to work 6 days a week for essentially 12 hours a day. The interview process is extremely relaxed but that is not how they act afterwards. If you take a day off you are bullied. Multiple people quit because they were so stressed out. This is a commission only job

You make your own schedule and you work from home

Cons

Disorganized, a lot of cold calling, the managers put you down when you don’t sell. My manager was extremely passive aggressive.

Pay for your schooling and testing for certification. Had some really nice coworkers

Leads are a joke. One customer I met with had AIDS and a young lady was a quadriplegic confined to her bed. The ppl that do actually understand the importance of insurance can’t qualify because of BMI, prior DWIS. The supervisor gloated about his financial status and made poor people seem less than him. Had to go into peoples houses who you didn’t know can be very unsafe: One of the final straws was the amount of sexual harassment that goes on from customers. I had a man who stated he would buy a policy but he wanted to have sex with me. He stated he would go to the ATM because he would pay me. I got outta there. I went back and told my wonderful supervisor what happened and the only thing he had to say was that he would take the lead because the person might buy. He was not bothered with what happened to me-he was just concerned with making money.
