Felt like we were scamming people by selling them insurance they would never need.

They lie about the money. They make promises that if you follow exactly what they do, then you will make tons of money. Not only is this a not true, but it is also a borderline scam. They are legit but they hire a lot of people knowing only 1 out of 10 will make it. I worked 7 days a week, 9 to 12 hours daily and not only did I not make it, they are so convincing to put everything you have into the business and now we have nothing left. I am grateful as they taught me how to sell insurance. It turns out I am very valuable with all the licenses I have obtained; many other companies would like me to work for them. If you are looking to get into insurance, do not go with AIL, go with a company that has more than 2 stars on their website, there are good companies out there, do not get sucked into this trap!
