One of the biggest pushes is to give out child safe kits but the real reason for these is to take a free or very low cost thing to get in the door to push insurance the worst part of it all is you mostly target low income families to begin with. Because when the sale is made your team lead gets the bulk of the commission and if the people cancel oh well it was a one time hit of money. The other main product is a burial policy same thing con low income families then the managers collect your residuals because by this point you will have finally come to your senses and did the math that you will make more money at a fast food restaurant. In conclusion this company relies on the huge turnover rate of it's agents because all the MGA's have upwards of ten to twelve agents and when you leave they take any policy over that the customer is still paying for.
