Pros

They have an outstanding rewards program and plenty of incentives to sell as much as you can. You can get discounts on everything from designer clothing to flights, hotels, home appliances etc and there are constantly opportunities to go on exotic trips with the company.

Cons

They advertise the position as a customer service position when in reality it is a highly competitive sales position. They aslo tell you there is freedom to make your own schedule and spend time with your family when in reality you are expected to work day and night so you can spend time harassing people all day and convincine them to book an appointment with you. Once you have appointments booked most of them cancel or simply don't show up. Even if you are doing well and selling a lot of policies it is never good enough and you are expected to do more, more more until you essentially burnout.

Thank you for your review. We're disappointed our agent position didn't meet your expectations. This position can be tough at first and does require a persistent, sales-minded individual to succeed and is not for everyone. It can be a very rewarding career both financially and personally for the right individual. We wish you all the best in the future.

Pros

-No Cold Calling -Do not have to buy leads -Provided company approved Scripts and Slideshows for clients -Hands on training -Backed by 30,000+ unions -Lifetime vested renewals

Cons

For people who have a lot of obligations and cannot commit the time and energy up front I would not recommend this position to. This is an Entreprenurial position. It takes time to get off the ground. New Industry for most and it takes time to master sales.
