Seems like a scam

Pros

They promise the opportunity to make over $52,000 a year. Also they tell you, that you can work your own hours.

Cons

In reality when you factor in the money you have to pay just to join (red flag), you aren't making much. Always be weary of any company that requires you to pay for your own training or certification. Also the money you will spend on travel and car depreciation will take it's toll. The hours you will work also do not add up for your pay. 60 hours a week making around $40,000 a year without benefits adds up to around $13.00 an hour ( you could make more bar-tending). You will have no days off, holidays, or benefits. If you are a college graduate this company will seek you out, do not fall for it. There are many other legitimate companies out there that have good paying jobs that include the benefits and freedom you need. This company targets you because they know you are hungry for a job.

Pros

I started there because of the "flexibility," potential pay, and the opportunity to advance. But really there are very little pros, if any.

Cons

First off the commission-only pay in no way helps you with the money you have to pay for gas, hotels, etc that you do not get back if you happen to have a bad week or get no showed by clients (which happens too often). They claim you get what you put in, but this is rarely the case. If you break it down including what you spend in gas, hotels, food on the road, etc, it is not worth it at all. The crazy amount of random hours from 8 am to 9 pm (they expect you to always work until 9 pm every day doing drop-bys (randomly stopping by clients/potential clients homes) and anything else), I worked 50-70 hours a week and they told me I was still not putting in enough time. The way the company treats you in general, during and after working there. After I worked there I received a bill from them for almost $600 because a few of the policies I wrote had fallen off (which they did not tell me about until the bill) and they wanted me to pay for that, even though I won't get to see anything from the policies that did stay on. The upper management is dishonest and money hungry, they don't care about individuals because their turnover rate is so high that they don't even waste time getting to know you. Just keep in mind this is a huge pyramid scheme, and they claim you can make thousands of dollars, but very few actually get to see those rewards. Do not work here.

Pros

No pros. Unless you are willing to compromise your morals and dignity by cold calling and forcing people and lying about packages to make a single sale, don't bother. When you type in this company to google, the first things to come up are SCAMS except from upper management trying to sucker you in!

Cons

Unprofessional Cold-calling Dead end No "training" Ridiculous "seminar" in interview 2 hours long Turnover for GOOD REASON SCAM!!
