Stay Away, they give you JUST ENOUGH to string you along, but it never gets better

Work from home Commission can be good Sort of pick your schedule

Cons

Terrible over worked leads (call 300 a day and maybe 2 answer) Unethical, atleast in my sales room we were lead to mislead customers, Training and leadership was so bad in our group we made our own training group to try to help each other. Also when I finally quit after struggling for 8 months, they told the rest of my team they fired me.

My department was just like family. The pay was good and the raises kept coming. Had something to do with the union. Wasn't very involved with it to know exactly how. My sup was amazing. I really miss my job.

Cons

High stress at the end and beginning of the month for us due to agents meeting requirements. Task requests were in abundance. Could be terminated at any moment with no chance to argue on your defense because they said so. Such is life. It was good while it lasted. Still can't get HR to respond to an email on if I'm able for rehire. 7 emails later not even an email received reply.

Good company I really love my job and all the stuff is great. Compensation is marvelous not everybody is prepared to be a sales person. But being honest I can’t imagine myself doing anything else
