if you are willing to sacrifice, work hard 7 days a week, dedicate atleast a year to being locked in, you will make six figues income no matter what experience you have prior. It is a great opportunity for those ready for it. Then again that's insurance in general.

Cons

You own 0% of your book of business. Your contract is extremely low. No one truly knows how the renewals work. You're forced to continue to grow and promote your underline out from under yourself every year as a MGA. I just wish I would have researched the difference between working for them and working for myself as a broker.
