Pros

Travel get to work with great customers

Cons

Way to much emphasis on EBITDA. It's a company not a stock investment. Not a strong employee culture. Everyone seems to act for themselves and not the company Poor control of expenses, lot's of abuse in expense reporting. Lack of focus and coherent business strategy.

Pros

Small company, not just a number like big companies, flexible management, can work from home, management very concerned about employee welfare, relaxed atmosphere, fun atmosphere, company invests in training and employee growth, employees can affect change in company, work with many other people in the industry. This company strives to be one of the best places to work and minimize turnover. They made every effort to cut costs so that no layoffs happened during the economic collapse, including the CEO taking a paycut. How often does that happen?

Cons

After reading some reviews of other petroleum industry companies, my complaints are almost nil. The only thing I would like is more company 401k matching.
