      Same as every other company.

      Pros

      For the majority of my time with the company, it was good. Awesome people to work with. Occasional free meals, great health insurance, and excellent compensation.

      Cons

      But then came the micromanagement and calls for ‘efficiency’. Suddenly, nothing was ever good enough. It was impossible to work at a pace they were happy with. They had me train my own replacement who they ended up hiring as a contractor so they didn’t have to pay his health insurance costs. Management are all buddies. Everyone higher up was a referral. Whole families work here. And apparently, if you’re content to take your breaks at your desk, that’s frowned upon.

      It's all about culture.... and its good

      Pros

      They take culture seriously, take time to teach and train. Treating people right is high on their list. Everyone seems to get along well, and work together well.

      Cons

      Mandatory Hybrid(2office/3 home), but there is flexibility, so its not all bad, and seeing people is good. High deductible for insurance plan, but cheap premium to offset.
