      Pros

      Great coworkers. The current reviews there are old when the company culture was a lot better. I worked there since 2016 and a lot has changed for the worse.

      Cons

      No support from management Micro-management style Loads of pressure Bonus structure is only 2% to 4.5% and other company’s start at 6% and go up to 11%. Salary is very minimal and they do not offer raises yearly. The stress of this job is not worth the money. One of their own employees husbands told me not to work there. They love feedback unless they are being critiqued. It’s very difficult to miss a day of work, it will take you a long time to catch up. They read all of their employees messages and look for those who are being negative to retaliate. There’s no such thing as work-life balance there.

      Pros

      I have worked at CMS for a little over 1.5 years. Almost a year into my employment, we got a new Executive Vice President. She has since, done amazing things for CMS. We are growing very fast and it is such an exciting time. I never wake up in the morning and think "I don't want to go to work." CMS is an exceptional place to work.

      Cons

      With growth comes growing pains and a heavier work load but I have a feeling this hard work will pay off in the near future.

      Pros

      CMS prides itself on the highest level of customer service. Choice and autonomy for the clinical staff along offering many varied opportunities for in and out-patient assignments make CMS a desirable employer - the best in the region!

      Cons

      Per-diem shifts can be cancelled.
