You can have weekly one-on-one meetings with your leader while receiving honest feedback on performance and having collaborative conversations on potential organizational changes—an acknowledgment of special dates, birthdays, and work anniversaries. AMS has invested in employee development through training and outside options.

Very competent recruiters, dedicated point of contacts, HR is also very pleasant to work with. The pay was great as well! Great Insurance

Cons

The p.t.o explanation was a bit confusing. It also seemed a bit hard to accrue.
