it was a friendly environment and there was plenty of opportunities to grow and move up the chain to a certain point

Cons

every year the expectations change drastically, one group would be trained to handle claims one way, and then the next year the new group would be trained to focus and implement a totally different protocal, then the former group of employees would not get trained on the different or current methods being used, the company feel is different now that the company owners have changed hands, Also, the pay is not as good vs. what other insurance companies pay for their employees in similar roles
