      Great colleagues, fun atmosphere, free education learning

      Cons

      Management is horrible and there's no way to climb the corporate ladder. Enjoy staying in your same position for years despite going above and beyond. Hope a 50 cent raise each year is good enough for you, too

      Pros

      Work/life balance prior to my departure was outstanding. If you are looking for this, I imagine this is still better than industry averages despite the changing objectives and dictates from the new parent company. My manager (Mr. VanDyke) is a very kind and considerate person, those above him I do not know whether they are or are not. The team and the team environment I was on/in is a great team and team environment with very professional people that deserve to be valued appropriately.

      Cons

      Now for more specific jobseeker cons: 1. Pay is below industry standard here. 2. Management is kept largely in the dark (upper & lower) about pending cuts/lay-offs from the new parent company. 3. Uncertainty amongst large sectors of the workforce is at an all time high. 4. The company handles certain insureds differently depending on who your manager is and their directives from their superior.
