Pay raises suck. If you are looking for growth good luck! If you are good at your job they will find a reason to keep you where you are. If you are sick they act like they are ok with the situation but, behind your back they talk about you. Felt obligated to be at work and be sick at the same time. You can't get a straight answer from anyone! Good luck getting hired back when you leave! Next to impossible!

Management is disrespectful and blames lower level employees for their incompetence. They don't know what they're doing and will not give you the tools or information needed to do the job. Management berates other employees in front of you and will do the same to you within earshot. No one really knows what they're doing. They are all just winging it because there is no formal training of any kind, ever. The software they use is antiquated. There is no structure. Everyone constantly scrambles to fix mistakes at the last minute which causes unnecessary stress. They have taken away the pension plan and sick days. Evaluations are now graded on a bell curve and they find any reason to give employees a 2% raise instead of the standard 5% cost of living increase. Morale is low among employees and management displays lack of integrity.
