      Excellent work-life balance Everyone is friendly One of the largest employers in Springfield Constant Improvements to facilities and in general - They listen to their employees

      Pay does not match market in some areas - However, they are working to remedy this There can be some inconsistencies across the enterprise - However, they are just now merging, so I imagine things will get more consistent soon
