Pros

location if you’re in harris or galveston county is great because you have the galveston, league city, or houston office. decent work life balance if you’re an hourly employee. if you’re salaried you’ll have to work late evenings and weekends

Cons

doesn’t pay well. company cares about commission based agents only and no other employees. HR does not protect employees. decent benefits but horrible benefits department full of rude people and tons of delays. brought everyone back full time in office. brookfield has ruined this company

Pros

Easy to take vacation and request off for appointments

Cons

I would advise potential candidates to reconsider applying for a position here. The compensation offered is significantly below industry standards, and opportunities for advancement are virtually nonexistent. Recent updates to job structures and the pay scale have unfortunately exacerbated these issues. As an employee, your contributions often feel undervalued, with expectations to take on additional responsibilities, particularly in the absence of staff. The difficulty in hiring new team members reflects the challenges of attracting talent due to the low pay and the overwhelming workload that often resembles the responsibilities of multiple positions. I encourage you to explore other opportunities before committing to this organization.
