Talented, dedicated and hardworking associates can move up and make a career of it. A great place for young people to gain valuable experience. You will likely have the opportunity to manage people and be coached in problem solving and customer service.

Cons

The work can be intense and stressful. Clients are sometimes unreasonable and weather can impact your operations significantly.

Pros

Give opportunities to everyone. Hire 15 year olds as lifeguards, handed me the job without an interview. Very nice workers and bosses. Many pools you can work at, not just one. Plus, you can hang out with kids all day

Cons

Don't get to pick hours, they are assigned to you. Pay is eh, $8.00 is more than minimum wage but the price to get certified just about balances the net income around minimum wage. They don't allow you to call off, and need 4 certifications to get the job.
